The annual mobile home pitch rental contract is renewable every year, and costs between €3,400 and €3,900 per year. What does the rent include?

– Free access to your mobile home according to the opening dates of the campsite.

– Free access to all the campsite’s facilities, services and events during the summer, for you, your family and friends staying with you in the mobile home.

At your expense: water and electricity consumption on individual meter, gas bottles and annual maintenance of the water heater, tourist tax and mobile home insurance.

Please note: as the campsite is not open all year round, you don’t have to pay any council or property tax, only the tourist tax based on the number of nights spent at the campsite.
